Join me, the Reverend Deacon Rob Petkau, and fellow parishioners for a four-week look at Paul's Letter to the Philippians, starting September 28 at 7 p.m. on Zoom.

The Apostle Paul wrote Philippians when he was in prison, and quite possibly facing a death sentence – and yet he uses the word 'joy' or 'rejoice' 12 times in this short letter. It seems like Paul is trying to make it clear that our ability to experience joy doesn't have to be dependent on our circumstances – and that message is as relevant for us today as it was for the Philippian church in the first century.

During our study, we'll explore and reflect on this theme and others as we learn, laugh and pray together.

The sessions will start at 7 p.m. and we'll aim to wrap up by 8:30. A Zoom link will be shared in the weekly newsletter.

I hope you join us!
